Traditional Usui REIKI Classes

Reiki is a hands-on Japanese technique in which energy is directed and focused for the purpose of promoting relaxation and healing for the highest health, well being and growth. Reiki treatments are administered by a Reiki Practitioner who directs the healing energy for greater balance of the mind, body, emotions and spirit. Reiki is a gentle and powerful method used for stress reduction, relaxation, and physical and emotional harmony. Anyone can learn Reiki.

Reiki Level 1

Reiki 1 is a one-day introductory class where students will be given the history and principles of Reiki healing, receive an initiation into the Reiki energy and then learn how to direct healing energy for self-treatment and the treatment of others. Students will have time to give and receive a Reiki treatment in class. Each student will be given a manual, crystal and certificate. Snacks, tea and water will be provided.
