Listen to and support the people in your life who are intersex. Stand up against hatred and misinformation when you see it, because an intersexist won't listen to an intersex person. Get louder. Make intersexism socially unacceptable.
I want to see the intersex rights movement become mainstream, consequences of becoming more visible to general society be damned.

people assuming my neurosurgeon(s) were all cis white men is so infuriating to me . I’ve had 3 neurosurgeons in my recent life (last 15 years) and none of them were both of those things. my last neurosurgeon was lesbian. my FIRST surgeon EVER was a man from India. stop imagining homogeneity from a group you’ve never interacted with and then getting mad about it. you are erasing real human beings in favor of a narrative that will make you the most enraged
