The Tree That Went Up

about

The Tree That Went Up is a track from the Millennium Dome show, that underwent 999 performances during the 365 days in 2000 that the Dome was open.

Described by Peter as a track that "was made to accompany some dramatics on the OVO stage", it did not feature as part of the OVO album release and is therefore not widely available.*

Given that this full moon coincides with Record Store Day - where a vinyl version of OVO will be available - it seemed like a suitable choice for today's posting.

*As some of you may know, The Tree That Went Up was a bonus track on the Millennium Dome CD version of the OVO album, only available at the dome itself.
