ENDIVE CAESAR SALAD 🥗 🧀 1. For the Caesar dressing, grate 1 clove of garlic into a mixing bowl. 2. Add 2 tsp of anchovy paste. 3. Add 1 tsp of Dijon mustard. 4. Add juice of 1/2 a lemon. 5. Add 3 tbsp mayonnaise. 6. Add 3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and combine well. 8. Separate endive leaves and add to the bowl. 9.
