📝 Ingredients: For the Crepes: 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1 cup milk ½ cup water 2 tbsp melted butter 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract A pinch of salt For the Toppings: ½ cup melted chocolate or chocolate syrup 1 scoop vanilla ice cream Whipped cream (store-bought or homemade) 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting) Brownie or cookie chunks (optional) 👩‍🍳 Directions: 1️⃣ Make the Crepe Batter: In a blender or bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15-30 minutes. 2️⃣ Cook the Crepes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter.
