Unlock mobility using 90/90 switches + straight-leg fire hydrants. 3. Increase passive range with Tailor’s Pose, V-sit, and Deep Lunge holds. 4. Practice control with lateral shifts and hovering Cossack lunges. Go slow. Stay consistent. Your hips will thank you. — Ready to unlock deep squat strength and mobility? 221K views · 19K reactions | This might come as a surprise for some of you… You don’t need a bunch of fancy machines to get a solid leg workout. What you need…IS TO TAKE ACTION! Grab a piece of junk mail and use it as a slider. If you have furniture sliders, or paper plates, they will work just as well. Toss it on the ground and get to work!! Keep that knee inline with your two big toes and don’t slide out too far!! FYI….It’s a LOT EASIER going out than it is bringing it in. (So use a wall or a countertop to help you!) This is a great home workout that doesn’t require much equipment at all. Add these to some of my other videos and you will have a complete workout!! 📌 SAVE to practice later! ❗️Follow @thehealthyyinzer for more tips! 🙏 . . . . . . #glutes #quads #legworkouts #quadworkout #homeworkout #homeworkoutideas #workout #sliderworkout #reels #fitnessreels #legdayworkouts #steelcity #workoutvideos #workoutfromhome #thighworkout #flatass #homeworkouts | Nick Venuti | Expert Personal Trainer | Yoga Pilates | Chef | Facebook
37K views · 3.2K reactions | I’m thrilled millions of you found my last post on TOES so important and informative. Here are some more options to ensure you stay durable this year. ➡️ ALL of these can be surprisingly challenging. Especially if your toes are stiff or weakened. Unsure? Drills like these will let you know. 🦶Pro-tip #1: a lot of foot/toe drills can isolate specific areas of the feet/toes, but be sure to also do drills that teach your toes how to work WITH your glutes. It’ll help you move better. 🦶Pro-tip #2: balance drills can be great to practice, but your brain will ALWAYS prioritize balance over muscular recruitment. So sometimes, if we’re trying to focus on using a lot of muscle, or if the movement is new, it’s better to *use assistance* as opposed to trying to wobble through it— grow the muscle and connection first, take balance out of the equation here. 📌 These are a tiny drop in the bucket of all the foot/toe/ankle classes available in my mobility classes. While I have 13 classes exclusively on feet/ankles, there’s even more sprinkled throughout the other classes as well. If you’re someone who works out, foot strengthening is non-negotiable. And if you don’t work out, your mind will be blown at how much stronger and more stable you’ll feel starting here. And I cannot stress enough how important it is to strengthen this area, REGARDLESS of age. 👂Your feet act like ears that listen to the ground, and tell your brain what you need to do to move through space. Like the most amazing people I know, feet need to be sensitive, and they need to be strong. They need to stretch, they need to spring. Strong feet make the WHOLE body stronger— workouts are better, moving through life feels more secure. There’s still a few more days to take advantage of the sale on mobility classes- see the link in my bio/profile page, and don’t forget to use code “25for25” for 25% off! 🐇 So… hop to it. Quickly. Like a little bunny. On those strong little toes. 😉 • • • • • #footstrength #footexercises #footmobility #toestrength #anklestrength #anklemobility #footpain #footpainrelief #foothealth #mobility #mobilityexercises #mobilitydrills #mobilitycoach | Angela Metrou, MA, Mobility + Fitness Coach, Psych Master’s

15K views · 1.7K reactions | Want your middle splits? It’s not just about stretching - it’s about mobility, strength, and control. Here’s how to break it down: 1️⃣ Joint Work – Prep your hips with full-range movements to open them up and improve control. 2️⃣ Strengthening – Use loaded progressive stretching to build strength in your end range. 3️⃣ Passive Work – Relax into deep stretches to help your nervous system release tension. Most people only do passive stretching, but without strength and joint control, your body won’t let you access full range safely. Try this approach and tag me in your progress! 💪 #splits #progress #goals #movement #mobility | Jade Elles | Online Movement Coach

1.3K views · 5.4K reactions | ❤️ Active Hip Mobility❤️ 🔝The hips are, (in my opinion), one of the most important joints that need to be worked on regularly to maintain your joint health & mobility. Here’s your weekly dose of mobility! This exercise works on active hip internal and hip external rotation, hip extension and passive groin mobility. Rotation is literally currency for our hips- so it’s time to cash in on some gains! 💪 I recommend adding this into your routine a few times a week if you can! You can also use your arms to help you get up or hold onto something if the lift up portion is challenging for you! Or, if this is too challenging, try one of my other beginner posts on my page 👍 Side note: if you have impingement or medial knee pain, prob best to skip this one!!!!
