Episode 14 of #NoOvenMagic Wheat and Ragi Bread Recipe👇🏻 🌿 100ml Water 🌿 40ml Milk 🌿 30g Date Syrup 🌿 4g instant yeast 🌿 100g Whole Wheat Flour 🌿 30g Ragi Flour Let the above mixture rest in warm place until doubled. 🌿 28g Oil 🌿 86g Whole Wheat Flour 🌿 1/2 tsp Salt 🌿 1/2 tsp Lemon juice Make a soft dough, Shape it and let it proof for 30-35 minutes in loaf tin itself. Then BAKE at 180 degrees. NOTE: Add 10-20 ml water later on if required to make the soft dough. I have reduced the quantity of water from previous recipe.
