Set aside with the chicken. -Add sauce mixture to the same pan and bring to simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. -Once simmering, mix the sauce cornstarch with a bit of cold water and stir it into the pan to thicken the sauce. Keep simmering for another minute until the sauce has thickened. -Return chicken & veggies to pan and toss quickly to coat with sauce. -Serve with your rice or package up into containers.
