4 INGREDIENTS WALNUT CUPS 🥮 This recipe is gluten free, non dairy, refined sugar free and a healthier option to make you happier and satisfied. ✨Ingredients✨ 12 large medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 5 minutes 1 cup pitted prunes 1 cup walnuts 3 cups crushed cacao nibs with 1 tbsp of coconut oil, melted Walnuts to top ✨Instructions✨ Add the pitted dates, prunes and walnuts to a food processor and blend until they form a sticky ball. Add about 1-2 tbsp of the walnut mixture to a silicone cupcake tray and press down completely flat. Melt the chocolate and spoon over the top of each one and top with a walnut.
