Bro. Yeah ten out of ten I bodied this with the duck sauce. It's all you really need for a good shrimp egg roll. Duck sauce that's it. And it was burning so I didn't want to open it and break it open on camera. I was not doing that. I was not burning my hands. So first I got like three carrots and I just shredded in a in a cheese grater. You could bottom shred it but to me personally like this I wanted everything to just be fresh so I just did it myself. It don't take that long. Now with the celery I was a little skeptical because I don't like celery. I told y'all before that I think that I'm allergic it but I'm I know I'm really not because I I've had it before. But when I ate celery one time bro. I got the chicken pox the next day. So I'm just saying that. I'm a like I'm allergic to it. I don't care what nobody say. Now you want to get some cabbage. I sliced about like half of this like but I thinly thinly sliced it because when you put in the egg roll you want everything to come together so you don't want to cut it. You don't want to cut it too thick. So now you want to go ahead and get some boiling water. It don't matter how much water you put in there. Just make sure that's boiling. Now you want to go ahead. You want to add the cabbage. So right here I think what this process is is like blanching because it's on kind of like you blanching broccoli. But you want to go ahead throw everything in a in a pot with the boiling water because you want to cook this because this is not going to cook in the egg roll. The egg roll take like six seven minutes for you to even cook it. So I just stirred it up and just speed it up the process. So you really want to take this out when it gets to your desired texture. Me I like a little texture in mine so I didn't do too much and I know this right here look really really crazy. So I took up the cabbage, the cabbage and the celery then I added my shrimp for about 2 minutes. That's it. These are little shrimps. They don't take the longer. They're going to continue cooking once I put them in a egg roll wrapper. Now you want to go ahead and throw everything in the ice bath. Now you want to get a cloth or however you want to drain out all the moisture just make sure that you drain it. So I threw a cheese cloth in a big big bowl and I added all of my ingredients in there. I just got it wrapped it up. Then I just like squeezed it. Squeezed. Like I couldn't even till I couldn't even squeeze no more bro. Squeeze it. Get all of that moisture out because you want to make sure that it's not wet because it didn't mess up the egg roll. Now I want to go in with some ground ginger. I used about two teaspoons of this. I I think I added a little bit because it had like a like a little bit too much because it had like a little kick to it. It wasn't bad but hit it with a little bit pepper. Now we going to slide them with some garlic powder. Little bit of onion powder. I'm not seasoning it to like taste the seasoning. I'm just giving it flavor kind of soda because like plain it wouldn't taste like nothing. So I'm just giving it a little bit of flavor. Now with the chicken bouillon you can see I'm not I'm shaking it but I'm not really going too crazy. That sounded OD crazy right there. But I'm just shaking it a little bit and I'm just like getting it in there. So now you want to just stir it up. And just try it as you go along because basically everything is already cooked. Like the shrimp did not take that long to cook. It's cooked. Try it. Try it out for yourself and make sure that it's to yellow that's all I can say because if you want it overseas then you over season it. I didn't want to over season. I wanted to still taste like the the cabbage, the celery, the carrots, the shrimps. So I that's how I wanted to do it. Now it look a little shaky with me rolling up this egg roll wrapper bro. I don't know how to I don't know like what's gotten into me. I don't know how to roll a egg roll wrapper no more. So I just folded all the edges. Then I just got like a little paste. It's like one tablespoon of warm water. One tablespoon of flour. I just went ahead and I put it on that edge. So when I roll it up it'll come it be perfect. So look how I did it. Boom. Boom. Boom. Perfect. Now you want to fry it nice and crispy. Fry it on each side for about like three to four minutes and trust Unc bro. Just trust me. Trust me. You know I got a big **** stop playing me for real.
