Just cut out our little rounds out of our pie dough just like so. Alright, so I have 12 pie crust circles. I'm going to bring in my muffin that I already greased and we're going to go ahead and put our pie dough right into each of our muffin holes just like so. Perfect. Go ahead and just kind of smoosh those little folds right there so we get a nice flat pie crust. Okay, I have some cherry pie filling here and we're just going to go ahead and add a beautiful, generous scoop right into our mini pie crust just like so. Now, I'm doing this first row right here with cherries and then I have some other delicious flavors for the other rows but you have to wait to see what we do at the end because it's going to make it so adorable and perfect for Christmas. Okay, those cherries are looking good. Now, my personal favorite, I have some apple pie filling and I did cut up my apples a little bit so that they would fit into our mini crust without any worries. Oh my goodness. Now, just like the pie crust, you can make your own homemade pie filling but this is just my quick and easy version just to give you guys a little bit of inspiration before it gets crazy for the holidays. Oh, yeah. Look, those cut-up apples are just perfect. Beautiful. Now, for my last row, you guys know I had to do some blueberry and we're just going to put that right in there. Whoo. We got the best pie flavors all in one pan. That's why I love using the muffin tin. Just gets everyone gets what they want. Oh, this is looking delicious, babe. Yeah, just make sure that pie fillings are nice and filled. Beautiful. Now, for the fun part. Okay. Now, gotta make a top crust. So, I just have one more roll of my Pillsbury pie crust that we are going to use. You won't need more than one. Okay. Now, I have here some green sugar sprinkles and this is going to be super fun. We're just going to kind of sprinkle it in one little area of our pie crust and then, use your hands and smoosh it into that pie crust just like so. That's going to be super fun you guys. This is this does a on. Now, I have some red sugar sprinkles and we're going to put that right here What is this for? You'll see it's for the top top crust of our pie. Now we're going to start with our red sprinkles and I have the cutest mini little candy cane cookie cutter and we're going to cut four little candy canes out. So cute. Yeah. And that's why the sugar was there. The sprinkles just make it extra fun. Alright now that we have those cut out I'm going to grab a Christmas tree mini cookie cutter. So cool. And are going to cut out four of our Christmas trees. Where did you find these cookie cutters? Just at my local Smith's Kroger. You know whatever one you have near you they have these adorable cookie cutters but I'm sure you can find some on Amazon as well. Now you're thinking we have twelve pies. I think for the blueberry we're going to go with some classic snowflakes. We're going to keep them white since they are white. And we're going to get four of our snowflakes. Extra pie dough that you can make some cinnamon sugar bites out with. So don't throw that out. Alright now that these are ready. Let's bring back our mini pies. Oh my goodness. Okay snowflakes go on the blueberry cute are these? Super cute. And then for the apple we're going to do the little Christmas trees. Oh my goodness. I am so excited for these to come out of the oven. The cutest easiest holiday treat you'll ever make. And then of course the candy canes go on the red cherries. How adorable are those? Perfect. Perfect. Alright you guys. These are ready for the oven. My oven is set to three fifty. These are going to cook for 25 minutes. Oh my. They look so cute and they're going to look even better when we pop them out. I'm going to go for an apple. We did grease our pan. Look at that perfectly cooked pie. Little mini pie tartlet with the Christmas tree on top. Ooh let me know what flavor you guys would pick. Apple's always my favorite. Is it good? Smells good. Which is perfect.
