When I tell people that I needle felt, more often than not I have to explain what that is. At shows, a lot of folks walk into my booth and assume that I'm using boiled wool or I have knitted then felted (by way of washing and drying) my products. You can purchase roving and needlefelting needles on ebay. More and more yarn stores are selling these supplies. Be very careful with your fingers and the needles as they are barbed. Not recommended for children.
