You'll need: 1/2 cup cashews 1/2 cup pistachios 1/2 cup almonds 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup pure maple syrup optional for topping: melted dark chocolate, flaky salt, bee pollen 1. Mix together the cashews, pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds and maple syrup in a bowl until well-combined.2. Transfer the mixture by the spoonful to a muffin pan (greased with coconut oil to prevent sticking). Be sure to pack each mixture down tight. 3. Bake in the oven at 350F for about 25-30 minutes. 4. Let cool completely (otherwise they will fall apart).5. Drizzle melted chocolate on top.6. Sprinkle with flaky salt or bee pollen and enjoy! #recipe
