Ingredients: 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 large eggs, beaten 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp salt and pepper (each) 3 tbsp olive oil 12 oz fettuccine pasta, cooked 2 cups heavy cream 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese (for Alfredo sauce) 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 tbsp unsalted butter Fresh parsley for garnish Instructions: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with panko and Parmesan mixture. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side until crispy and golden. In a pan, melt butter, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and simmer.
