Inside mount: The depth of your window casing has to be at least 1 3/4'' for the inside mount. Measure the top exact inside width and height of the window, we will deduct to fit. Outside mount: Measure from the outside edge of the window, be sure to include all side moldings besides the window sill and add 2 inches or more to EACH SIDE to eliminate light seepage.
