(No candy included). You will receive four (4) bag toppers and four (4) clear plastic bags, for each quantity of one (1) that you select. You will need to purchase the kisses yourself and put it into the clear plastic bag; then staple the bag topper onto the clear plastic bag. Each bag topper is 3" wide x 2" high [after folding] - [3" x 4" prior to folding]; and printed on heavy cardstock. Picture shows the front and the back of the same bag topper.
