• 1 lb Ground pork
• 4 oz Pork liver

• 2 tsp Chili flakes, roasted

• 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground

• 5 Pods white cardamom
• 1 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns
• 1 piece Star anise
