TAG & SHARE WITH ME: I love seeing what people make when using my templates/patterns or with the help of my videos! If you make something using this and want to share it with me, feel free to send photos via email/messages or tag me on social media (Arlena Fae on all platforms). PRINTING INFO: -Made to print on 8.5"x11" (standard US letter) paper. -Files do have a 1” marker to help when printing. -Print without margins/from edge to edge. If your printer cannot do so, be sure the image is set to fill page (NOT shrunk to fit within the margins). Part of the lines will get cut off due to the margins, be sure to connect larger template pieces at the edge of the paper despite this (NOT where the lines end). I show a visual example of this in my FAQ video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIgpmxpwxjc (timestamps are in the description). -You'll need to print the files out at home or a local printer's. If you're absolutely unable to, please message me before purchase. If you're able to cover the shipping and small printing fees, I may be able print and ship them to you. -There are arrow markings on the sheets to help with aligning the templates after printing. -I've included a pieced-together example images to be used as a reference when taping together the larger template pieces. -Please don't ask me how to resize it digitally. I'm not knowledgeable enough about this -Please refer to this FAQ video and the FAQ section on here to learn more about printing and reading the templates: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIgpmxpwxjc OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES/GENERAL FAQ: -This is for digital pattern/template files only! This is a PDF file. There is no physical item. This is not a finished costume piece. It's merely a guide to help you create your own cosplay. -Previous crafting knowledge (sewing, foam work, previous experience working with patterns) is recommended! Most patterns should be beginner-friendly to an extent. Videos, guides and markings on the template themselves are there to help explain assembly steps. If you do have anything you're confused about at all PLEASE message me! I'm more than happy to explain anything differently/more in depth and provide clarifications as needed. -Please be aware that these are not professional patterns/I am not a professional pattern maker. These are just the patterns I’ve used when making my own cosplays (with some added information + markings) or have made to help others and put them up for sale after many requests to do so. The instruction/format may be different than what you’re normally used to and I’ve done my best to explain what to expect below. If you have any further questions just message me! :) -When it comes to props/costumes that have layers: My patterns are not a tracing over an in-game/show model. If there are multiple layers/details to a piece, my patterns will be broken down into those pieces/layers (only). There are labeled reference photos or markings on the template to show the layer placements. If you need further help, please ask! :) -How my patterns are made: They are drawn by hand and used to create a prop/costume piece (if it’s not one that I’ve yet made then I create a paper mock-up to make sure it’s accurate/works). The final patterns are then traced onto sheets of paper, scanned to my computer and “digital-ized”/cleaned-up via an art program. -If you run into any problems with a pattern/template at any point let me know and I'll do my best to correct & update the pattern and get the new version sent to you asap! Any more questions? Please ask!
