INGREDIENTS-
• 1 cup vegetables
• 1 cup steamed rice
• 4 slices canned pineapple slices
• 2 salmon filets
• 1⁄2 cup teriyaki sauce
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS-
1. Heat grill for indirect cooking.
2. Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper
3. Prepare a foil packet by cutting sheets of aluminum foil and folding along the long side to create a crease.
4. Drizzle one side of each packet with olive oil and top with two pineapple rings followed by the salmon filets and a drizzle of Teriyaki sauce.
5. Close the foil packet and pinch the sides to seal.
