• 500 g Apricot & sausage stuffing

• 6 Bay leaves
• 2 Carrots
• 2 sticks Celery
• 2 Clementines
• 2 Onions
• 1 bunch Woody herbs, fresh

• 2 tbsp Maple syrup or runny honey

• 1 Olive oil

• 2 x 500g higher-welfare turkey legs (ask your butcher to debone the legs)
