Beef Pot Pie
2lb. Chuck or arm roast
2lb. Bag of frozen mixed vegetables
1 can or fresh mushrooms
1 big carton of beef broth
Butter and flour
2 cans of crescent rolls
Cook roast in the crock pot with about a cup or two of water until done about 4 to 6 hours. Shred beef and mix mushrooms and mixed veggies together. Make a rue from the butter and flour and pour the beef broth and drippings from the roast to make a gravy. I also had to use water and cornstarch to help thicken. Put mixer in foil
