I've got a pound and a half of just processed American cheese and I'm just going to start putting it in here, tearing it, melting it down, and stirring it in till it makes a good creamy cheese sauce. I'm going to go ahead and get some bacon up, some bacon grease on my Traeger Griddle here. Alright, we've got our onions down. Alright, now we want to get some ribeye meat, throw down inside our onions and start getting it cooked and mixed in. Time to get our bread down and start toasting it but I want just a little more salt and pepper bites. I'm going to add a little more of our beef rub, get it toasted in. I'm going to take some of my homemade cheese whiz and give it a good smear. Got that steak loaded up here. You can see now that we've got that loaded up. We're going to take a little bit of this whiz here and drizzle on. That is a Philly cheesesteak.
