Requirements

People who meet the criteria below will see Topic Subscriptions, Topic Containers (T269950), Affordances (T293522), and Page Frame (T269963) when visiting a talk page using the mobile site:

1. People who are logged in or logged out
2. People accessing a wiki listed in the ===Deployment wikis section below using the mobile version of the site

People who meet the criteria below will *NOT* see Topic Subscriptions, Topic Containers (T269950), Affordances (T293522), and Page Frame (T269963) when visiting a talk page using the mobile site:

1. People who have explicitly disabled the #TODO setting within Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-editing
