Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Use a tablet or Android mobile device
• Use desktop mode
• Open an image in the mediaviewer
• Select the 'fullscreen' button in the interface

What happens?:

• The controls/buttons show intially but then automatically hide
• You cannot unhide the buttons.
• Tapping the image opens the image fullscreen, tapping outside of the image doesn't do anything

What should have happened instead?:
Either the controls should not hide on touch devices like this, or it should be possible to unhide them
