Just remembered I was going to play both of those games recently on an emu LOL
I always come back to this image when I want to show somebody great pixel art, just love everything about it, from the grim colours, grim setting and the happy lil' fighter coming in to be obliterated.

msPaint (98 or xp) is such an underrated program. It's actually really good! I use it for a lot of my work.
