My first comment in over a year... But since these types of Graphics I used to make for a game called Graal and I've seen many "door" graphics.... as funny as it sounds.... I would probably agree with Doomcreator0, he makes a valid point about lighting, its a bit hard to place the lighting, mostly because of the outline wood. It looks nice, I would suggest making a different handle which stands out more, also add more design to the inside panels, that would make it look lovely.

The black hardware is awesome.

Light sourching is way off. It's a nice idea but I think that you really need to fix the light sroucing and shading. You can use iaza.com for transparencies on that white background.
