These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, platform, and voice and messaging services (together, the "Services") provided by PolarGrid Corporation ("PolarGrid," "we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

SMS / text messaging program

PolarGrid operates a text-messaging program (the "Program") on behalf of itself and its business customers. When you call a business line served by a PolarGrid voice agent and ask to be texted — for example, a link to book a consultation — you consent to receive an SMS message at the number you provide.

  • Program name: PolarGrid (including messages sent on behalf of the business you called).
  • Message frequency: Messages are sent on request. You will typically receive a single message when you ask for one during a call; frequency varies based on your interactions.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send or receive.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@polargrid.ai.
  • Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle the phone number and data associated with the Program is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Intellectual property

The Services and all related content are owned by PolarGrid or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or content except as needed to use the Services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolarGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
