Takeshita Dori, or more popularly known as the Takeshita Street is a narrow road located in Harajuku, Tokyo. The street is for pedestrians only and is lined with different kinds of unique fashion boutiques that can give visitors the world-famous Harajuku fashion. Most of these shops are small and independent merchants who created the fashion statement of this side of Tokyo. Cafes and restaurants also dwell with the fashion shops, giving guests a Japan-only dining experience. International stores like The Body Shop can also be found along the road. Fast food chains like McDonald's and convenience stores like 7-Eleven are also available to visitors.
