Remove unnecessary languages from the multilanguage option?
I ticked the bock which say to do so but there was no option to select which languages to keep after all. What's the trick?

I've tried to create a serial letter with the "Mail Merge Wizard" (Tools -> Mail Merge Wizard ...) but without any success. Firstly I assumed, that this is a bug in the app itself. But this assumption wasn't true, because I can create a serial letter with the portable version X-LibreOffice.
The failure occurs after step 6 "Edit document" within the "Mail Merge Wizard". Now the inserted address block (see step 3 of the "Mail Merge Wizard") disappears.
Since update to version 4.1.4 and again in version 4.2.0 I'm unable to open files located in a local (synchronized) Dropbox and / or Google Drive folder on a Win7 system.
Last version this worked fine was version 4.1.3
Since version 4.1.4 I get error message that the file
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\LibreOfficePortableTemp\temp\ab12cdef.tmp\ab12cdef.tmp
doesn't exist
Additional I get a notice that the object can not be accessed due to insufficient permissions.
Any solutions for this problem available?
Webroot SecureAnywhere doesn't at all like
\portableapps\libreofficeportable\app\libreoffice\ure\bin\regcomp.exe
\portableapps\libreofficeportable\app\libreoffice\program\gengal.exe
\portableapps\libreofficeportable\app\libreoffice\program\soffice.exe
It appears to strip them out.
I'm not sure how crippling this is - and I don't know what to make of it.
I've trusted PortableApps for a long time... It's not clear whether it considers these files as PUPs or actual virus or trojan.
After updating to LibreOffice Portable 4.2.0, even after restarting my PC, it reads: „Another instance of LibreOffice is already running. Please close other instances of LibreOffice before launching LibreOffice Portable.”
Task Manager shows that no other instance of LibreOffice is already running.
At my workplace we have Windows XP, at home I run LibreOffice and can't get myself to save in *.doc format. So I have a USB Stick with LibreOffice Portable, which worked perfectly fine until Friday. In the morning it started all right, later I closed the documents, and when I wanted to reopen them I was told something along the lines "Libreoffice requires windows or higher while you are running Windows ?". So I went to E:\LibreOfficePortable\App\AppInfo\Launcher and deleted the line with the minimum OS.
I'm using the portable LO on different boxes and start them up several times a day.
I'm doing this since the start of the OO/LO long time ago, can't remember when it was.
Whenever a new regular Version comes out from the foundation the update notification jumps out, although the portable version will take some time to be updated which is quite normal.
Is there a way to turn this update notifier off? I may have overlooked something here.
Hi,
The title says it already, was anyone lucky and somehow got Duden Korrektor working with the 4.1.3 release?
LibreOffice Portable on a Windows 7 Ultimate 64X Machine - Piss Poor Operating...
For some reason, I was extremely happy switching from Open Office, but now I am left to a non responsive program in both writer & calc... They just idle, non responsively; sometime's I force quit and they recover themselves and well sometimes I loose everything...
Not a clue I'm running the newest version, not to many extensions...
Clueless...
LibreOffice has generally worked OK for me, running from a USB stick inserted into various PCs, as designed.
However, after upograding to v4.1.2.3, I cannot load Calc files on my main Win7 Home 32-bit desktop (though everything works fine if used with a Win7 Pro 32-bit laptop). Calc 'Not Responding' (and never does); the CPU is only idling.
Bizarrely, this behaviour persists after complete uninstalls/re-installs even of previous versions of LibreOffice (that worked OK before!).
