is the missing line not needed?

I updated System Informer Portable to 3.2.25011 and now every time I close it or try to modify options, the error occurs and "Unable to save application settings" windows pops up. How to fix it and where can I download older version of System Informer Portable?

sadly have issues
.false versions? Ii have yours via europes top tech site. original file version says 1.6.0.0, which is much higher then here. and it is from 2005/2010. propably the developers dates.
.splash screen, no setting in option to disable
ideas?

hm, the older version makes sense as supports every windows...

The problem is as follows: This portable version does not recognize a new Kindel gen. 12 paperwhite via MTP.
Both the installed version of Freefilesync and the “Donation portable version” have no problem with this.
And yes, I know I'm probably one of the very few people who don't manage their e-book library via calibre, but prefer to organize the books in folders "by hand". And with my kindle before this new one I used Freecommander XE portable for sync (no chance with the MTP from the new Kindle so I tried Freefilesync)

I installed BOINC Portable "Legacy Download: Windows 32-bit: 7.14.2" on https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/boinc-portable#download_details in Windows XP and the installation in PortableApps went well, but when I try to run it I get an error about an .ini file not found. It doesn't work out of the box. I could start it by double clicking another .exe file in the BOINCPortableLegacyx86 subfolder, but that is too difficult for most people.

I did search for the file using Google and found it on https://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/BOINC%20Portable/

ccPortable 6.31.11415 update has checksum mismatch error

I am looking for a replacement for Piriform's CCleaner Free Portable v6.x. I just started testing ccPortable v6.28, which I am running from a removable USB stick in a folder named E:\Portable\ccPortable 6_28\.

I need to launch console portable (https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/console_portable) with command already run in it (like cmd.exe /K command). Does this app have option like this?
