I appreciate this sequence this because it really works the hips, spine and core and on long travel days - these areas can take a bit of stress. Our #pelvicfloor gets incredibly reactive with tight hips and #lowback. And vice versa. So stacking the cards in your favor on travel days is a great idea. And doing strength with some #mobility is a great way to stack the cards before all the travel and to ensure a more smooth experience in your body.
