Brittany | Kids/Toddler/Baby Activities on Instagram: "I’ve seen this simple game going around on Instagram (most recently I saw a version by @papa_3dochki ) and had to try it. It did not disappoint. It was very easy to set up and fun to play. Even my 2 year old could play it. All you need for this activity is a roll of tape and pencils. Place the pencils inside the tape roll and adjust the tape roll until it holds the pencils up. Then have each player take turns pulling a pencil out. Whoever makes the tape roll fall, loses. #kidsactivities #kidsactivity #toddleractivities #toddleractivity #gamesforkids #simplegames #diygames #letskeepkidsbusy #familygames #familygamenight #familyfun"
AMBER MAMIAN on Instagram: "TOILET PAPER DERBY 🐎 try this one at your next family dinner- it’s a hoot 😂😂 ➡️➡️ HOW TO PLAY -Grab a roll of toilet paper for each participant -Place an object of choice (ours was plastic miniature horses) on one end of the toilet paper -Unravel the toilet paper across a table (kitchen islands work great too!) -Each participant holds the toilet paper roll opposite of their object -On start each player tries to safely get their object as close to the end of the table as possible without their object falling or their toilet paper breaking -Whoever gets to the end of the table first wins, or whomever gets the furthest across the table. Try this at your next family dinner, birthday party, youth group or family reunion. Then comment and tell us what game we s

Brittany Bacharach on Instagram: "This little science experiment never gets old! Place foil in a baking dish or tray. Smooth it out and raise the edges a bit to help contain the water. Using a thick chisel tip dry erase marker, write out some letters. Pour water on top and watch the magic of the letters lifting up and floating. *full disclosure- I’ve tried this with certain dry erase markers and it hasn’t worked. I have great luck with the Amazon brand thick dry erase markers* Save this to try and follow for more activity ideas ➡️ @stayathomeactivitymom #scienceforkids #scienceisfun #letterrecognition #experimentsforkids #indooractivities"
Arda and the Quads on Instagram: "Create a fun bowling experience in the comfort of your own home using magnetic tiles. Just use as many two piece ‘pegs’ as you wish, spread them across the floor and give your child a ball to knock them down with. This was super fun for the whole family. Big Mona on Instagram: "All you need is some sort of bottle and somewhere to spin it y’all! This is an awesome game for teaching them quickness, reaction time, and quick acceleration 🙌🏻. Give it a try! We had an absolute blast doing this with the girls. Instructions: 1) Get a bottle and find somewhere to spin it. 2) Circle the bottle for 3-5 seconds and then stop. 3) A designated person will spin the bottle. Whoever the bottle points at has to evade everyone else. So essentially, everyone else is “it” and it’s that one persons job to get away quickly. Let the chaos ensue. Enjoy! #dadsofinstagram #fitfamily #kidssports #girldad #girlmom #kidsactivities #activelifestyle #momsofinstagram"
Kenzie Staheli on Instagram: "This was all Brandens idea and let me tell you…it was SO fun to put together and watch the kids faces when we showed them. I so wish we would have done this when our kids were obsessed with dinosaurs for a birthday party 🌋 🦕 Comment LINKS for everything we used (all of it can be reused for other things!) All you need is a roll of red lights (totally worth it because you can use for Halloween and Christmas too!), cheap, plastic red table cloths, a pack of tissue paper and something for stepping stones! (This can be anything around your house). We build a little volcano by flipping a Home Depot bucket upside down, stringing lights around it and covering it with tissue paper. . . #parentinghacks #kidpartyideas #thefloorislava #themedparties"

When another bubble is blown in connection with the original and popped below it, the cohesive nature of water forces the bubble upwards until it flies off.
