1 box yellow cake mix 1 egg 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups powdered sugar Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 9×13-inch baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine yellow cake mix, one egg, and melted butter. Stir until mixture forms a dough. Press cake mixture evenly into bottom of prepared baking dish to create crust. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add two eggs and vanilla extract to cream cheese, beat until well combined. Gradually add powdered sugar, beat mixture until it’s smooth and creamy. Pour cream cheese mixture over cake crust layer in baking dish. Bake 35-40 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is set. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
