No-Fry Apple Fritters
Delicious and healthy apple fritters baked instead of fried, packed with flavor and perfect for any occasion. Ingredients: 2 cups diced apples 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract Powdered sugar for dusting Preparation: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and vanilla, then stir in diced apples. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Spoon the batter onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
