Beef!!

Growing up on a cattle ranch-- we learned to enjoy a nicely cooked piece of beef! Medium rare is my choice when it comes to steak. Minced beef (hamburger) becomes a good choice in making spaghetti sauce, mexican food, or a casserole. Of course, shredded beef is even better in mexican food or over mashed potatoes and gravy. How about a nice roast for Sunday dinner; and add some yorkshire pudding. You can find some more ideas on my Grill It!! Smoke It!! Board.
