221K views · 1.9K reactions | Easy Sheet Pan Pancakes | Easy Sheet Pan Pancakes | By Cookinginthemidwest | We're restocking the freezer with a cheap and easy breakfast that both of my kids love. We call this one the mixed sheet pan because it's got all the flavors of a McGriddle and you can throw it together in just a few minutes. To make it, you're just going to mix up three cups of your favorite pancake mix. Follow the directions on the box and then add in one pound of cooked and drained sausage, a big handful of shredded cheddar and a quarter cup of maple syrup. Then, you'll just mix that together until everything is incorporated before you pour it on to a greased sheet pan and once you've shimmyed and shake that into all the corners, this is going to go into a 400-degree oven for about 15 minutes until the top's golden brown and it's ready to serve. This one's perfect for an easy weekend breakfast. And the leftovers freeze and reheat really well so you got an easy breakfast in the freezer ready to go on those busy school day mornings.

4M views · 23K reactions | Easiest breakfast idea | Easiest breakfast idea | By Justine Kameron | This is the easiest breakfast you'll ever make. You're going to start with a greased muffin tin and fill it up with your favorite pancake batter. Then you're going to grab some milk chocolate chips and put chocolate chips in the first row of your cupcake tin. Then I'm going to grab some fresh blueberries and put blueberries in the second row. And I'm going to finish this off with some fully cooked sausage crumbles and I'm going to put that in my last row of pancake cups. Bake it at 350 for about 30 minutes and then you have the easiest pancakes you've ever made. Everyone gets exactly what they want. Top it off with some maple syrup and there you go. Enjoy.

271K views · 2K reactions | Sheet Pan Breakfast Pizza | Sheet Pan Breakfast Pizza | By Cookinginthemidwest | Today we're restocking the freezer with one of my kids' favorite breakfast preps. These are like the little squares of school breakfast pizza that take me back to my childhood and now it's one that we like to make on a Sunday and the leftovers get stored in the freezer for an easy air fryer breakfast. To make it I just mix up two packs of pizza crust. Spread that onto a sheet pan and then poke a whole bunch of holes into it. Then that's going to pre bake in a 475 degree oven for a few minutes while we get the toppings ready. For our pizza sauce we'll just make up a simple gravy with three tablespoons each of butter and flour, two cups of milk, a little bit of salt and a whole bunch of pepper. Then we'll just scramble up a few eggs. Pull that crust out of the oven start the assembly process. And for that we'll just pour on our gravy and get that spread out before we sprinkle on some mozzarella and cheddar and then we'll add on our scrambled eggs and some chopped bacon. And once we've got it all baconed up we'll just sprinkle on a little bit more cheese and then it's going to go back in the oven for about 10 minutes to get the cheese melted. And whatever doesn't get even for breakfast goes into a Ziploc bag in the freezer and reheated in a 400 degree air fryer for about seven minutes for an easy morning breakfast.
