Recipe 3-4 lb Chuck Roast Salt, pepper, and garlic powder 2 TBSP butter 1 onion sliced 2 TBSP minced garlic 2 TBSP of Worcestershire sauce 12 oz of beer 1 package of Au Jus 1 1/2 cups beef broth Sub rolls Provolone cheese Steps Season the chuck roast on all sides with salt, pepper, and garlic. Melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat and sear chuck roast on all sides. Put the seared chuck roast in a crock pot. Pour 1 1/2 cups of beef broth over the chuck roast. Add sliced onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, beer, and Au Jus packet to the hot skillet stirring and letting it simmer. BACON CHEESEBURGER BISCUITS INGREDIENTS 1 pound ground beef 2 (8 count) tube Pillsbury biscuits (each biscuit gets cut in half read in the description please) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 small onion (chopped) Bacon bits seasoning to taste (I use Montreal Steak seasoning) INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350° 1. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. 2. Cut the biscuits in half length and line the bottom halves into your dish; set the top halves aside for later. Bake for about 5 minutes, just enough time to give them a head start in the baking process so they aren't soggy. (One can of 8 biscuits will make 8 burgers by cutting them in half lenght way. I used 2 cans so it should have been 16 burgers but my pan only fit 15, when I
