Let me show you how I make perfect sticky rice, serve it with fried garlic, snipped Nori (seaweed sheets), and drizzle some light soy sauce. That’s how I like to eat but you eat how ever you fancy and if you want use it to make sushi then just decrease the amount of water (mentioned in the recipe below)

Ingredients
* 1 cup sushi rice or short grain rice
* 1 1/4 cup cold water (if you are making rice for sushi then add 1 cup)

1. Wash rice in water, at least 3- 4 times. Soak the rice in after washing for at least 30 minutes. 
2. Cook the rice over high heat till the water boils, cover and cook for 10 minutes at high.

👉INGREDIENTS
450g (2 1/2 cups) of sushi rice
490g (2 cups) of water
400g of salmon fillet
3 egg yolks
15g (1 tbsp) of mustard
15g (1 tbsp) of rice vinegar
Salt
15g (1 tbsp) of sriracha
Oil for frying
Black sesame seeds
Lime (zest)
 
👉METHOD
1. Wash and add the sushi rice into the pot. Pour the water over the rice and let it boil for 15 minutes.
2. Place a sheet of cling film on the baking tray and place the cooked rice pressing it well. Cover with cling film and transfer to the fridge for 1 hour.
3. Cut the salmon into small pieces and set aside.

Ingredients:

	•	Sushi rice – 250 g
	•	Water – 300 ml
	•	Rice vinegar – 2 tbsp

Ingredients 
250g sushi rice 
300ml water 
1 tsp sugar & sesame oil 
pinch of salt 

Filling 
2 tins of tuna 
2 tbsps sweetcorn 
2 tbsps mayo 
Black pepper 
1 spring onion
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp SOSU togarashi seasoning 

Coating - Sriracha mayo, SOSU togarashi seasoning and black sesame seeds. 

Method:
1. Add the water and rice to a pan over high heat, cover with a lid. Once boiling reduce to medium heat and cook for 10mins.
2. In a bowl mix together all the filling ingredients. 
3. Once the rice is cook, tip into a bowl to cool. Mix in salt, sesame oil and sugar.
