Ohh, to live the life of a Pilates princess. As soon as 2025 rolled around, I promised myself I’d get even fitter, more flexible, and mentally stronger that’s when I discovered Pilates. As soon as I started, I was hooked. I began doing Pilates six times a week (sometimes just for 10–15 minutes), continued eating whole foods, stayed hydrated, and added a stretching routine and guess what?
