It has quickly become a party favorite and I love how easy it is to make! To make it, add a wheel of Brie cheese to the center of a baking dish. Score the cheese. Surround the cheese with diced peaches. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the peaches and add 1/2 cup of brown sugar on top as well. Drizzle honey on top & bake at 350° for about 20-25 minutes or until the Brie has completely melted and the peaches have started to caramelize. If you are using canned peaches, I would check it at 15-20 minutes. Serve with buttery toasted bread and enjoy! I saw this idea from @nowherenearmartha and had to try it. The flower shape was a little intimidating at first but after practicing a petal or two on a plate, I was ready to make my flower. INGREDIENTS cream cheese smoked salmon capers dill olive oil flakey salt INSTRUCTIONS 1. Using the back of a spoon, spread aprox. a teaspoon of cream cheese onto a platter in the shape of a petal. Repeat to create a flower shape. 2. Place capers in the center of the flower and garnish with dill. 3. Preheat oven to 400F degrees. 2. Chop a baguette into 1/2” thick pieces. 3. Spray a pan with spray and lay the bread down on the pan. Spray again with the spray over the bread. 4. Add into the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. 5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Spread Brie cheese on top. Add a slice of apple.
