Shrimp and Pepper Stir-Fry
Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 bell peppers, sliced 1 onion, sliced 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/2 cup chicken broth 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp vegetable oil Directions: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion, stir-fry until tender. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Pour sauce mixture into wok, stir until thickened.
