Tattoo ideas

This is a big year for me. I should reach my weight loss goal late 2015. I decided awhile back that I wanted a reminder that I could see daily, where I have come from. I want a tattoo on my shoulder. It will be my first. I know I want a lotus flower and the title of my favorite song in Chinese. Just looking for the right representation for me. I want something simple but strong.
