FLOURLESS VEGAN BROWNIES 🍫
Ingredients: - 2 bananas, mashed - 1/2 cup (140g) almond butter - 1/3 cup (30g) cacao powder - 2 tbsp coconut sugar - 1 tsp baking soda - 50g vegan chocolate chips (optional) Method: 1. In a large bowl mix bananas, nut butter, coconut sugar, cacao powder (sieve it to get rid of lumps) and baking soda. 2. Transfer the batter onto a 20cm tray, lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with vegan chocolate drops (optional). 3. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200C/180C fan. Cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
