In a bowl, mix sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, flaxseeds, chia, salt, paprika, and dry oregano and mix. Finally, add the water and mix. Set aside for 20 minutes. 2. After time has elapsed mix again and pour the mixture on the baking tray covered with parchment paper and arrange evenly. 3. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes. 4.
