Big Timber Trestle Bed Frame Rough Sawn Wood 6x6 Timber Frame Bed This bed is a wow factor! Our customers have raved about their bed after seeing it in person. Images do not do this bed justice. This massive bed frame design is inspired from old trestle bridges. It is made from rustic rough sawn lumber that may include circular saw marks, etc. Although we strive to have some circular saw marks, some or all of the bed may not have any circular sawn markings. It depends on our lumber supply at the time. Therefore, we have added images to this listing to show variations of the lumber. We only make a few of these beds a year! These big 6" x 6" beams are fairly hard to come by and a large undertaking. Unsurpassed craftsmanship provides for a very sturdy and well constructed bed. Note: Each bed is unique and may vary in tone, markings, character, and wood, etc. Color: We typically stain our beds in a popular walnut color. However, we can stain it golden oak as well giving a more golden lighter tone as shown in some of the images. Upon checkout, let us know your needs. Corbels or no corbels? Timber frame dowels rather than bridge washers. Vertical 2x6 pickets rather than angled bridge style. Note: This listing is for a unique bed that we build for you. The image is not the actual bed you will receive. It is for reference only. Each bed will have different character markings and variances of tones. Although fairly simple, there is some assembly. It is best to have an extra person during assembly. How do the beds ship? Each bed is meticulously packed and crated to avoid shipping issues. Your bed will come to you via freight truck from Tennessee. The delivery company will contact you to arrange delivery when in your area. It is likely to be shipped in a wooden crate. You will need to use the provided bit to undo the screws that hold it together. Item will be dropped off in driveway or in some cases the driver may be willing to put it in your garage. However, you need to make sure there is no extra charges to do so. You will be responsible for disposing of materials. The truck driver will not take it. Inspect the package for any issues or damage. Even though the package may be damaged, it is unlikely anything inside is. Regardless of damage, you need to have it noted on the Bill Of Lading (receipt of delivery) and accept it. Do not refuse it.
