Traditional Chocolate Salami

Chocolate Salami 150g digestive biscuits 50g pretzels 80g pecans & almonds 200g chocolate 90g butter 4 tbsp milk Icing sugar Melt butter with chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Add milk and whisk till smooth. Pour chocolate mix into crushed biscuits. Stir to combine. Roll into a sausage with grease proof paper and refrigerate overnight. Unwrap and dust in icing sugar. Wrap with gold foil and string. Serve cut into slices and store in the fridge. By @ lilly_higgins
