Swallow Back Tattoo

Finally got the swallows done to go with my Decemberists quote. Swallows have a lot of symbolic meaning. In particular, as someone who lives and works half a world away from from my hometown, the swallows are a reminder that, no matter how far I go, I will always find my way back to the places I call home. I have two places I call home, so two swallows. Thanks to the amazing Joel of 8 Volts Tattoo Studio for the design and execution.
