20min · 1 serving Apple, Cheese & Prosciutto with Big Balsamic Glaze ❤️👌🏻 perfect little appetizer...I love bread but subbing it for apple was the right move here. Ingredients: • 2 apples. • 6 oz creamy cheese of choice. I used Buche Du Vivarois which is a creamy, soft ripened chevre. • 8-10 prosciutto slices (one per round). • Fig balsamic glaze. • Olive oil. • Chives. •Pepper. Directions: • 1.- Cut the apple into circles (carefully pls). The leftover I chop up and use in oatmeal or eat it plain. Remove seeds. • 2.- Wrap the circles in the prosciutto. • 3.- Brown in a preheated cast iron until it gets a bit crispy, about 1-2 min per side. • 4.- Cut up cheese and serve while apples are warm so it gets melty. • 5.- Drizzle glaze, olive oil, black pepper and chives.
