Food & Beverage Assignment to shoot dessert. The above is a dessert very popular in South East Asia. In Malaysia, it's typically sold as a street food by the Indian muslims, i.e., mamaks. Its usual form, is shaved ice drizzled with palm sugar, and mixed in with green colored rice flour (color derived from screwpine leaves).
