• 5 Dried apricots

• 2 cloves Garlic

• 1 400g tin Tomatoes

• 4 tbsp Belazu rose harissa pesto

• 1 tbsp Pomegranate molasses

Pasta & Grains

• 1 Yogurt and buttered couscous to serve

• 40 g Pine nuts, toasted
